All returns and exchanges, including UFL, are processed through our portal.
You’ll need your order number and shipping zip code to look up your order.
For international orders, input your country code in the zip code field.
We offer a 30 day return or exchange window. Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
If you’d like to exchange an item (same style and color) for a new size, pick the “Exchange” option in the portal. To exchange one item for a completely new item, select “Refund” and then “Shop Now With Credit” to use any available amount towards your desired purchase. If your requested item is of lesser value than the original, you’ll be able to opt for a refund, or store credit for the balance.
Items marked with are eligible to be replaced for a new size, within one year of purchase, as part of the Universal Fit Liberty program.
We offer store credit for gift returns. If you are returning a gift without the original order number or shipping zip code, please email US at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you in processing your return.
For returns / exchanges within the USA, a downloadable return label will be provided to you once you go through the portal, as well as via email, for any items you’re sending back to US. For international returns / exchanges, you'll be provided an address where you should send back your items.
Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your returned items. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. You'll receive an email notification to confirm that processing is complete.
